1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and (if possible) photos of the product. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if sent without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us first to check availability and arrange the exchange process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly — either by replacement, repair, or refund.
